Fabulous and impressive 20 day results.

Yesterday I felt a little twinge on my right knee after doing L1 and L2 lastnight. Trying to make up for my Olive Garden dinner. I do some of the modified versions from time to time. Taking a day off today on the workout. I am on L2 and tomorrow's workout will be D18.

My thighs looks and feels a lil smaller. I do cardio on my elliptical for an hour or two. It's broken for the moment and waiting for the new piece to arrive. I noticed since doing the stationary bicycle in lieu of my Elliptcal that my inner thighs feel more sore in a very good way.

I am 5'2 173lbs.....Doing 30DS Level 2 Day 17 tonight. I incorporate that with an hour or 2 of cardio with my Elliptical or Stationary bike. Legs feel sore but in a really good way.

Just completed 30DS L2 D16 and feelin really good. I usually incorporate 60 to 120 minutes of cardio on my Elliptical. Right now I am doing 60 minutes on a borrowed stationary bicycle because my E is out of commission and waiting on some ordered parts. I accidently did Level 3 on my Level 2 Day 1. I do 30DS 5-6 days a week and sometimes throw in a different workout when I don't. I do cardio 6 days a week between 60 to 120 minutes. My Elliptical is out of commission til the new part comes in so I have been borrowing an antique of a stationary bike which is the most uncomfortable contraption to be on for an hour.

Looking at pictures of when I dropped the weight in 2009 before I got pregnant. Knowing that being diabetic will only get worse if I don't control mysel if in eating and taking care of myself. Also being the biggest person in my circle of girlfriends.

On pandora I listen to Bruno Mars station, PittBull Station, Evanescence station, and the club mix stations. I like variety to keep me in my zone. Don't have a particular song.

Congrats on your 53lbs weight loss. That is alot! I hope that even with that loss your knees feel a little better. I hope to lose that much. My goal is to lose 54lbs. Stay strong!! I wish you luck on your weight loss journey..

That is a great motivational picture. Don't we all wish to have tight abs like that. I keep most of my weighloss etc here on mfp. Only info that dribbles in fb is when I workout and it tells you what you did and how much calories you burned. If working out 7 days a week is what you do then it's all good. It's a great…
