Hello As a mummy, I have to plan the family meals to,make sure they are balanced anyway. So I have a list of dinners for the next 2-3 days. Hello, I am 5'2 too... The cross trainer 45 min 5 times a week is doing a great job for my muffin tops and bingo wings (in 3 months). Hello When I started here, I was lost too. Now, I just plan my meals. An hour at the gym is roughly500 cal for me. I log food every time I eat and at the end of the day, see what I have left. I log the dinner, if it s over, I change it for something else... when I know, I ll have a big meal, I either go the gym or plan…

Hello, I asked my doc and she said they would do them only if they bring a risk of Thrombosis or to your heart... So even though, I fly regularly, she would not refer me... I think it depends on your trust too... Some might... No harm asking your doctor :-) Let us know...

I suppose it depends what you eat and how you exercise... Personnally if I go heavy on the carbs, the weight does not go... If I do yoga (Ashtanga), the weight does not go, I look better though... So may be, try changing exercise to do more sweating :-) and eat less carbs and fats... You have to find what is right for you…

I used them for years to help with my IBS. It did the trick. If I eat fibers in my diet, I do not need them anymore and my IBS is under control. :-)
