People can't help not liking certain foods. I'm sure no one drools over brocolli but everyone I know eats it and looks like they enjoy it. I physically can't stand the taste of most vegetables and heave when trying to eat things like cabbage, so perhaps the OP is like me and can't just "teach" herself to eat them. It's not…

5ft 2.5", 136lbs and size 10-12 trousers, which I think is 6-8 in the US?! x

Hey everyone, I'm 5ft 2 (and a half :D ) Currently 138 and goal is 112. I'm from England so sizes are different, I'd like to get back down to size 6-8 (US 2-4). Good luck everyone xx

Yep, directly under the boobies and then i put my sports bra over the top which keeps it in place :)

He's a douche, was mocking raspberry ketones on another thread.

Wasn't talking to you.

Oh you are one funny guy.....

Thanks for all your comments, really useful. As I said several times I KNOW they are not going to work whilst eating 3000-575654563345543 calories a day whilst sitting on my *kitten*!! I said I am losing weight whilst dieting and exercising and using the ketones. I might have only lost 1lb a week and the ketones help me…

*hugs* it bloody sucks but you must try and eat. All I could stomach was crisps and sugary drinks. Just try and think positive, that's how I got over it x

In 2010 i was 126ish lbs and crashed to 116 in about 4 weeks due to the horrid *heartbreak diet*, consuming around 700-800 cals a day on average. I lost a few more lbs then maintained by eating 1000 on workout days and 1300 on gym days, 3 days a week and burning about 800 cals per session, then slowly increasing the…

Thank you. And as I've said plenty of times I don't know for sure if they play a part. I have been exercising 3 times a week for the last 4 months and lost no weight. I wasn't dieting but I also wasn't going mad and eating the world. Three weeks in and almost 7lbs lost. Now I'm not saying I know that they work, just that I…

Did she say anything about a quick fix? Perhaps like me she is dieting and exercising and looking for something that may speed up the results!
-
Erm, well how about I am using them and losing weight. Who knows if they have anything to do with it. Once I am nearer my goal I will stop taking them for a couple of weeks and see for myself. Until then, I'm sticking with my tried and tested formula.
-
And what science is there that proves they don't work? Links please, from a reliable source and not just opinion.
-
$69.95? Wow America's expensive, only £9.99 in the UK! But I'm guessing that figure was just to emphasise your point. I'll carry on with the Ketones and be sure to let you all know how it goes.
-
Thank you!! I'm not dismissing anything without first trying it, so long as it's safe and legal.
-
And you know for sure that they don't work do you? Ever tried them? Or just going by what you've read? Everyone thinks they know everything and jump on the bandwagon. Now the OP asked if anyone has had success using them, not a load of patronising comments from people who probably have no experience on the subject.
-
I never said that they would work without diet and exercise. They supposedly speed up metabolism and turn fat from food into thermic energy. Now whether or not they are helping me, I don't know but they're certainly doing no harm.
-
Well i'd rather not risk it, I still have a bottle left. And they are not that expensive, I got 2 month's supply for £13.
-
I am using them...have only been back on it for 3 weeks, 1200cals a day net, 3 hour long aerobics sessions a week and 2 raspberry ketones a day, have lost 7lbs so far. Don't know if I would have lost anyway but I'm going to continue with them, just in case :)

Awesomr results, you look amazing!!! We are the same height so I hope and pray that I will end up with a body like you :)
-
THANK YOU! I joined MFP in 2011, logged for a couple of weeks, didn't log on for over a year, logged back in 3 weeks ago and have lost 6.5lbs by sticking to 1200(ish) net whilst exercising 3-4 times a week. I am only 5.2" and I work in an office. It's working for me and I feel great!
-
You look AMAZING!! Well done :)
-
You can pack plenty of nutrients into 1200 cals. I'm eating better than I ever have before.
-
Your body uses it's fat stores!
-
This! I too find 1200 cals a day is enough for my daily lifestyle (office work) and my height (5,2). I eat back exercise calories and am losing 2lbs per week. It is not starvation!
-
I do eat back my exercise calories. In my experience the whole "you won't lose weight eating 1200 or fewer cals" is bull. I went through a period when I was feeling very low and sick and was consuming about 600-700 cals a day, for about 3 weeks and lost nearly a stone, taking me to 8 stone. So that chucks the starvation…

Absolutely amazing!! Congrats and a very happy birthday to you :) x
