Hi! I'm 5'8" as well and started at about 184 lbs too, im down to 176 lbs now after 20 days and looking to get down to around 150-140 as well - You can do this :) I'll add you as a friend

hey i'm 5'8" too, im 178 right now and aiming for about 140 - maybe 145 since i plan on gaining lots of muscle! good luck :) but i think 164 is the top end of normal weight for our height so anywhere lower then that is healthy :)

hey! i just finished day 3. just wondering if anyone is planning on taking a "rest" day, my calves feel like they could use a one day break but i'm not sure if the program is supposed to be run straight through or not!?

I'm on day 3 and already I can do waaay more push ups than I could before! Stick with it, it really is amazing how quickly you will improve!
