I did pushups today so Ican rest tomorrow. Lots of weight training today, chest and triceps, doubt I would be able to do pushups tomorrow! 30 pushups 185 squats 150 crunches 2.5 minute plank DONE

day 15 done. squats-140, crunches-150, pushups-70 (30+25+15) planks- 1-1/2 minute. Glutes and hams are soooo sore from yesterdays training. So glad tomorrow is rest day on squats and crunches...I need it!

@sabreena86 You will get the push ups in time. A lot of people use all arm strength do them, which will stress the shoulders. Also, I would try starting on toes on stairs rather than the floor. Start in a high plank and tighten your core and upper back muscles. focus on those muscles, not arms, then lower yourself down…

Day 12 done, only did what I absolutely HAD to do 15 pushups, and 1-1/2 min plank. have been working out hard, my muscles needed a rest :wink:

Day 11-killer but done!!! squats-200 push ups - 60 (20-20-20) crunches - 150 (70-50-30) planks - 3 minutes (1m30sec x 2) Have not taken any of the rest days yet. Time to start! No crunches or squats tommorow!

Day 9 Challenge DONE!!! Squats-125, Push ups-45, Crunch-80, Planks-2 min 26 sec. Had to split pushups and planks into 2 sets today.

Today is a heavy leg and glute day later at the gym, that could be a challenge! We shall see...

Day 4= Squats-60, push ups-15, Plank - 1 min 15 seconds, crunches-35. I know it was supposed to be rest day for squat/crunches but I chose to do them anyways.
