Apples. My tummy growls the moment I'm finished eating one.

Mine is open. Disclaimer: I do my best to eat as clean as possible, but never deny myself anything if I feel like having some. Basically, I'll eat anything and stay within my calories daily. I also do A LOT more activity than what I log.

I like the Starfrit scale. Super easy to use and around the $20 mark.

I had to train myself to get all my water in. It was difficult at first because I am a teacher and cannot run to the washroom whenever I want. In the end, that was probably a good thing because it helped me be able to drink more and not run to the bathroom every 30 minutes. In order to get more into me I set goals. I…

Well this is depressing! LOL Thanks everyone! I'll keep working hard!

I'm staying on track, but decided to trade in one of my 2-3 daily snacks for a small portion of something yummy!

I really enjoy the P90X Ab video. It's 15 minutes long and you really feel it every time!
-
I do three 55 minute spin classes through the week (sometimes a 4th) and three 20 minute elliptical warm ups before strength. I take one day completely off.

Yummers!

I try to scan everything that I can. That way, I know that it's the correct item and I'm not just choosing a random entry on the list.

I was addicted to Diet Pepsi...or so I thought. Once my brother purchased a SodaStream machine and I tried carbonated tap water, I figured out that it was just the bubbles that I love. Now, Diet Pepsi is just a treat every now and then with my cheat meal. Might be worth a shot!

Hi! It sounds like we are pretty much the same .... I am close to 5'9" and weigh 148. I am not worried about my weight either because, like you, I am interested in muscle definition and not losing pounds. Two weeks ago I hired a nutrition coach. He designed a custom plan for me based on what my workout habits are and what…

My nutrition coach (and totally cut UFC fighter) does custom plans for people. He has me weigh chicken breast once it is cooked. I eat 4oz (cooked) and it's 185-ish calories, baked, plain...before any sauces.

I hired a nutrition coach who designed a custom plan for me just about 10 days ago. I am instructed to weigh meats after cooking. Pretty much everything else is before (ie. quinoa, oats, veggie)

I LOVE BioX Chocolate with just water. Do I dare say "Yummy!"?!

I am totally in! For those who are terrified of burpees, you could possibly do "ManEaters". It's a slow, weighted version of the burpee. Hold weights in each hand, get down and jump feet out (holding onto weights),do plank and push up, jump feet back in, stand up, do hammer curl and then push weights up over head. I think…

I'm addicted to RPM and do 4-5 classes a week. I also like Pump, but my neck couldn't handle the bar across my shoulders so I've taken a break from it and do the same type of strength training on my own in the gym. Enjoy! Once you find an instructor that you like, you'll feel horrible for missing :)

I have discovered that I am addicted to the carbonation, not the diet soda. Bought myself a SodaStream and carbonate tap water. It's a perfect fix for me!

Overheard from a family member at a party recently.... "Have you seen Maureen? She's a bean pole!"

My wedding is March 12th, 2014 on the beach in Cuba. I am 5;9 and currently 153lbs. I was 141lbs at my lowest and would like to get back there for March. I know I'll do it once I stop eating out....drives me crazy! My fiancé can put muscle on and lost weight in a heart beat. I work my butt off, but the weight stays because…

I was a runner for a long time and started to get bored of it. I am now completely addicted to spin classes. They are a serious calorie burner and because you adjust your own tension, you create the workouts depending on your day. It can be as intense as you want!

I just put Chest and Back in the DVD player. Let's do this!!!

I have been doing P90X videos as a supplement to my regular routine, but would like to do the whole 90day program from start to finish. What schedule are you following (ie...what order to the videos?) ? Did you find this online somewhere?
-
I do exactly that...alternate between running and P90X strength. On the days that I find I can't find it in me to run, I'll throw in P90X Intervals and give my body a shake up! Enjoy! It's working for me. I've finally broken my 3 year plateau!

Spicy chicken nachos! :) Mmmmmmm..

We usually go for steamed rice and chicken chow mein.

Thank juma4474. Just wondering if others have had the same experience. The treadmill was only off by about 5. Much better than the 233 for MFP.
