Abdominal Frustrations

I am so extremely frustrated with my abdominals!
I workout 6 days a week. 3 days of spin classes and my strength workouts work each muscle group 1-2 times weekly with at least one rest day in between for the same muscles.
I have a nutrition coach and he has helped me learn to like new foods and I eat clean now. I have 1 cheat meal per week on Saturday evening.
My abs!!!! I cannot seem to get any sort of definition whatsoever! I have not had children (nor do I plan on it) and I was never overweight enough to have loose skin.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I am so determined to get muscle definition!

Patience. It can take a long time and a lot of work to get real ab definition, expecially for a woman. Your BF% needs to be pretty low, and that doesnt happen in a few weeks.0

You could try doing planks and crunches, I do ballet, gymnastics and fencing which also helps with your abs. Maybe you could try one of these? You'll need to be patient though, it takes a long time and a lot of effort!
EDIT:
You could also try pilates or yoga?0 -

generally your bodyfat will need to be in the teens to show abs...0 -
keep eating in deficit and lift heavy ..if you are not doing compound lifts, then I would look into building program around those...0
