I drink pre mixed Premier Protein Shakes. I buy them at Costco. I see a lot of people posting that the are also at Sam's Club. :)

Everyone is giving good tips. Fir me along with unflavored protein powder in my chicken broth, beef broth soups ect. I also added it to my SF puddings and yogurts pretty much anything I could mix it into I did. Hope it all went well :)

Congrats on your date only a few days now!!! You'll do great remember walk as much as you can handle. It helps with the gas, bm movements and weight loss jump start. :)

Hello Kelly.....I was sleeved on August 21st. Starting weight 278 January 31st. Pre surgery weight 245.Current weight 232, a lossof 13 pounds. Tomorrow is my 2wk mark.
