Thanks for sharing this website! I am starting to become very interested in running more. I like cardio but my friend just did a 5k and really liked it. I figure it would be fun to prepare for and then set a goal as well. Thanks! Hope you get some good feedback as well! :smile:

I found a lot of recipes online that are healthier because they are omitting butter and using olive oil and using reduced sodium chicken broth. Hope this helps! :smile:

I am the worst at drinking water! We took family pics this weekend so this past week I was stirct with my sodium and water. I normally drink about 2 glasses a day, if that. I know its horrible. I know this sounds simple but when Im craving something, even if its sweet, I chew gum. I still get that instant gratification and not the added calories. They always say this on the Biggest Loser and it really works for me! Hope this helps! :smile:

I really enjoy it! I bought the berry flavor and add a banana and frozen strawberries to give it a good flavor. Plus its refreshing after a workout! :happy:

I am right there with you girl!! I love snacking too...especially since I do online classes and it is soooo easy for me to! I like snacking on carrots and cucumbers but maybe try making a shake? It seems like you are dedicated at working out so that might be helpful for you too. Also my trainer told me to eat more fiber so…
