Mmmmm that wrap looks delicious.
I recently found a new type of tortilla shell that is AWESOME!!!!!!
It is by a company called "La Tortilla Factory" they are found in the natural food isle. They are high fiber and low carb.... The large ones that are made with olive oil have 13g fiber and the wheat ones have 12g of fiber. The don't taste funny either. The olive oil ones are the best though. They also have tomato basil and other flavors too.
Sooo good.0 -

MMMMMM agreed! I'm all about wraps lately! It's amazing how you can take very light salad dressing and really altar the taste of everyday bland things. I like using a greek feta light dressing & dribbling it on chicken & spinach on my wrap mmmm.....Thanks for the new suggestion!0

My only major concern was the high sodium content.
I am still trying to figure out some ways of cutting back there.
I haven't used "ready to use chicken breasts" before.... I am not sure how much sodium they have in them as a preservative. Of course regular chicken breasts work well too.0 -

those pre-made chicken breast strips have a LOT of sodium. if you made this recipe with your own chicken, it would be MUCH reduced. (frozen chicken breasts have still been in a salt bath before freezing, but not as much as the ones they cook for you)
but it sound YUMMY0
