Many people traveling use a grilled chicken salad with dressing on the side (so you can control amount) as a good lunch and a dinner with just meat and veggies (and they will cook it in the fat you need for your blocks). We are doing a whole gym challenge for Flower City CrossFit -- over 100 members in it to win it and using this app to track our food (one element of many in the challenge). :-)

It is really not perfect for CrossFit. Tracking the WODs in here is not required, but I think it is a good idea to log exercise. I think most people over-estimated the amount of calories burned though. Do your best to match up movements or just use the vigorous effort one.
