that's easy! nuts are high in calories, but have verryyy few carbs. like, almonds for 1/4 cup are 170 calories and about 1 or 2 carbs. Egg whites are also moderate with calories but have no carbs. vegetables also have no carbs, but arent exactly high in calories /:

wearing a bra with a sports bra on top works really well for me, and try using Champion's sports bras. Even my friends agree that it's probably the best brand since it really uh, secures everything? lol

my trigger was seeing all of these seniors in my track team who had really legs, arms and abs. I realized that if they could do it, I could do it too! I just need to lose some weight so that my abs are more noticeable lol (:

well i don't know exactly what you like, but here's what i bring -leftovers -fruit -sandwich with turkey slices and mustard -protein bar -celery and/or carrots with ranch -just plain cereal -tortilla chips with salsa in a tupperware -pretzels

that's what i'm doing! i'm at a healthy weight, but i just want to lose ten more pounds to just feel better about myself. people who know i'm trying to lose weight are always like "you don't need to lose weight, you're not fat" and i know that, but i'm still going to try to lose those last extra pounds anyway!
