I am 5'11'
Started at 250 lbs. on february 22nd of this year.
Currently 196 lbs
Goal: 190 lbs. and able to bench press 200 lbs 10 times0 -
5'4"
starting/ highest -163 january 2011
Current- 134
Final goal - 120-125 and body fat around 15%
I think if I focus I can get there in about 2 months0 -
I am kinda curious if you all would share with us....your height and weight when you started, what you are now, and where you want ot be for you to be happy. AND how long do you expect this to take? (If anyone can even figure that out, cuz I am having a hard time doing so).

It's taken me just over a year to lose 68lbs because I was stuck in a cycle of disordered eating that saw me gain and lose, gain and lose etc but I imagine now I am healthy, it'll take me 3 or so months to lose the 9lbs I want.0 -

I'm 5' 6" and when I started my journey with MFP I was 244lbs. That was around about August I think and I'm now 208lbs. My goal is around 140-150lbs. We'll see how I go and what I look like at 1500

Last year I was doing MFP (Starting weight: 155lb) and reached this goal once, I kept the weight off for about 6 months. I was eating a near vegetarian/raw food diet, running about 2 miles 4-5 days a week and practicing yoga about 4 days a week. Then I started feeling ill. I don't know if it was a combo. of deciding to move back home (lots of emotional stress) or what, but I was having a lot of leg and overall joint pain coupled with flu like symptoms. I hardly ever go to the doctor but ended up getting all sorts of tests run, with no conclusive results. I was told to stop exercising for a few weeks to see if I was just over doing it. Instead I stopped for nearly 9 months and gained about 35 at my heaviest at 165 pounds.
If I can loose a pound a week which MFP recommends, then I will be more than happy to see it slowly but permanently melt away for good. So, I can realistically say that by the summer of 2012 I should have met my goal weight once more.0 -

I'm 5'8"
Age 45
Medium to large boned (never considered petite or skinny, even at my thinest weight)
I started out at 166.8
Right now I'm about 8 lbs lighter. My goal is to get to 155 lbs. That has always been a happy/comfortable weight for me. I've bounced around at all different weights all my adult life because of having kids.
When I got married 22 years ago I weighed 145 pounds. I don't plan on going that low. 155 would be great.
