    I joined this week
    My goal weight for now is 130
    My super goal weight is 120-125.
    I expect this to take anywhere from 3-6months.

    Hi...

    I am 5 foot tall... I am 36...
    I joined MFP in August 2011...
    Beginning weight 267...

    I rolled my ankle in August about a week after joining and was put in an E - boot... I could not work out or do anything until Oct....

    From Oct. to date... I have lost 26 pounds...

    I weigh 241...

    My goal is to reach my healthy BMI and healty Body weight by the time I am 40 years old...

    I am 5'5". I started at 170.5 pounds at the beginning of 2011 -- half a pound more than I *EVER* weighed pregnant -- only I wasn't pregnant this time :grumble:

    Currently I am at 140. My goal is 130, I would REALLY love to get to 125, but I will play that by ear.

    I am hoping to get there by the end of next year. This has been super slow for me. I have had 2 very long plateaus, the first one was over 5 months long, and the current one has been running about 2 months now. I am content to ride it out for now, as I am still "thinning down" even though my weight is stable. I walk 2-3 days a week, and I run 2-3 days a week. I ran my first 5k on Thanksgiving, and my 2nd one is Jan 14th.

    I'm just under 5'8" but call myself 5'7" to be more honest...let me tell you, at 120 you'll look anorexic. I've been there in my mid 20s and it isn't pretty, you'll look sick. Aim for something higher. :) Around 130. I'm getting back to 128 I think that's great for my height, plus I'm small boned. My frame is very delicate. I have tiny writs and can count my ribs easily. I'll put a pic different picture up in a few so you know what I mean. I am 137 right now, so you'll see how thin that is.

    I would ideally like to loose the extra 5lbs but have switched to strength training to help tone and shape my body so I don't really mind either way

    I started mid-October, didn't actually weigh myself right away, but I think my guess is pretty accurate:
    Height 5'5-5'6
    Starting weight 194
    Current weight about 180
    Goal weight 135-140

    I don't have an exact expectation, but hope to get there sometime in the summer to early fall.

    My heaviest weight was (EEK!) 294 lbs.
    I started on MFP at 280 lbs.
    I'm now between 168-170 (that's my maintenance range) and hope to stay right about there.
    56% body fat at heaviest to 23% body fat now.

    I am kinda curious if you all would share with us....your height and weight when you started, what you are now, and where you want ot be for you to be happy. AND how long do you expect this to take? (If anyone can even figure that out, cuz I am having a hard time doing so).

    would like to be 120-135 lbs (not sure..I will know when I get there)

    When I started on 1/2/11 I was 180
    I am currently 150
    My goal as of right now is 140

    I started out on 5/17/11 at 214lbs

    As of today I am 154lbs

    I've reached my goal but I'm not happy yet so I've decided to lose another 15lbs, so 140 seems good. I don't have a set date to accomplish this. I'll get there when I get there.

    I would like to add that your goal weight of 120-130 may be a bit much??? I am 5'8 and weigh 149 now and happy with that. If i were to loose 10 more lbs I am afraid I would be too skinny...I'm just working on toning it all up!

    I am now 136
    I am happy to stay at this weight and maintain my muscle. I would love to get rid of a little more flab, but I can't imagine being any smaller. 122 was my first goal (midpoint of my BMI) but I changed it to 130 because I strength train and 122 didn't seem realistic.

    I'm comfortable at this weight, however, I'd like to tone up & get back into the 140s (145 was my adult low in 2010)
    Currently going through divorce, so losing hasn't been my #1 priority (socializing, Miller Lite & Moscato have :laugh:) so I'm happy with maintaining at the moment - after the holidays I'm going to kick it back into full gear & get my hott bod back :smile:
