I am 5' 11". When I started my diet on October 5th, my weight was 240 pounds. I am currently at 201 pounds. I will be sooooooo happy when I drop below 200. My goal is 170 pounds. My waist is a 38" right now. I would like to be at 36". I don't know when I will reach my goal. There are several websites that will calculate a time line like http://www.losertown.org/eats/cal.php Using that calculator, I will attain my goal weight by the end of June. If I continue on my current pace, I will be at 170 by the end of February.
