Started 202lbs 1st April with goal at 180lbs - revised down to 168lbs, then finally to 164lbs.
Achieved this 2 weeks ago and happy to stay here which is turning out to be harder than I thought.0 -

I am 5'7
started dieting at 184lbs
joined this in August 2011 @ 172lbs.
I am now 153.8lbs.(tomorrow is weigh in)
would like to be 125-130 lbs hopefully by this summer or sooner0 -

Lowest was 301 lbs on Thanksgiving morning
Goal weight 220 lbs (weight before marriage), ultimate goal 195 lbs (my college weight)0 -

would like to be 150lbs my end goal, but we are TTC so
My first goal is 30lbs by March 2012
If we do not get pregnant by then, then i will just continue with my weigh loss.

my goal is around 130 - still trying to nail down what my "ideal" weight is...but i think i'd be happy there. Heck at this point i'd be happy with a lot of different weights as long as i am making progress!0 -

Just my opinion but based on your height I think your goal weight may be too low!0 -
I joined December of last year at 118 lbs, 5'3", and went up to 128 over the course of this year. I'm at 122.4 now, and I want to get to 112-115. I think if I really kick it into gear I can get to 115 by my Jan 5th wedding anniversary. That's what I'm aiming to do at least.0

Hello!
Height: 5'7"-5' 7 1/2"
I started MFP spring 2010, but stopped and picked it back up in November 2011.
Start: 164lbs
Now: 157lbs
Goal Weight: 140lbs-150lb range
I had lost weight before (185lb start and dropped to 138lbs) but weight crept back on because of teaching. I need to keep motivated and hope to reach my goal weight before my wedding in May 2012!!
P.S. seeing everyone else work so hard on here is wonderful motivation and I'm proud to see so many people working hard to be fit and healthy!!! Way to Go!!0 -
