Following. I have such a hard time with coffee because I was a "lots of creamer" type of girl. lol! I like my coffee to be light colored, with lots of flavor. Right now I'm doing 2 tbs of almond vanilla creamer and 4 tbps of regular full fat creamer. I need to have lots of flavor. Funny thing is, that a med raspberry iced…

You look AMAZING! Awesome job, and super hot dress!!! :)

http://www.fredmeyer.com/great_meals/leigh_ann_recipes/soups/Pages/super_easy_crock_pot_chili.aspx I ditched the chopped onion and added mexicorn to mine. I have this in the crock pot now, lol. Going to take it in for lunch tomorrow at work. I put it into the recipe calc and it says a serving has 318 calories, I actually…

Edited... Off to the gym I go. Forget the darn question above. I'll recalculate it later I guess. And I never said I had it as a meal, I usually get the egg white sandwich. But whatever. :(

bump?

Well thanks! lol! But I'm smiling closed mouthed, lol. It doesn't seem to show as much when I smile like that.

I am taking some now, starting yesterday, but it's not suppressing my appetite. I thought it binded with the fat not allowing you to absorb it?
-
You look...AMAZING! I can only hope to be able to post such extreme B&A pics here someday!

I got the fiber one "pop tarts" for my son and they were pretty good. I do eat processed foods, but we try to stick to healthier stuff too.

Thanks for the help everyone. I have more than enough cals left today for the foot long sandwich and we have nothing in the house right now for me to snack on or anything, so I'll end up using my cals with the sandwich. Just don't want to go over. Ok, so according to that site: Footlong Turkey Breast Sandwich includes…

Is confusing me! We're ordering from there tonight because we basically have no food left in the house, so DH is bringing me a sub at work. Anyway, I am looking on there to find a "low calorie" sub but it's confusin me! I want a lowfat footlong turkey sub, with yellow mustard instead of mayo, no cheese, but cucumbers,…

Right, the ones I was looking at were unlocked and stated Metro PCS in their carrier list. I am just weary because some people think unlocked phones will work with ANY carrier and obviously if the iphone is a GSM phone, it won't work with a CDMA carrier. Thanks for the link, going to check it out now.

I am looking to buy a new phone within the next few months. I have metro PCS, and they have a new touchscreen phone for sale, but it's pricey, $349.00, I love it but I don't know if I want to spend that much. It's this one: http://www.metropcs.com/shop/PhoneDetails.aspx?ProductId=SCHR810ZKAM(Phones) I've looked on ebay for…

Yay, keep the ideas coming. I am going to try boca burgers, I've never bought them before. I can easily bring them to work with me for lunch or dinner though. Popcorn is another great idea.

Well when we get a freezer, I would love to buy meat in bulk, BUT my brother in law lives with us and gets 1/2 of the freezer and 1/2 of the fridge for his own stuff, so we really don't have much room for freezing bulk stuff. I've already told DH we need to buy a small freezer for freezing meat and stuff.

I was only going to buy a few things in bulk, I'm really buying for my family AND myself, my kids and my husband will eat healthy snacks if I buy them, so I'm sure the stuff will go fast. I don't buy everything in bulk, it's way too expensive. Just staples.

Thanks everyone. I really do feel a renewed energy after this thread. Tomorrow I'M going food shopping, and getting the stuff I used to get. And really, my kids were eating better too, which should be motivation in itself, shouldn't it? I'm actually excited to go food shopping again tomorrow.

Thanks for the ideas. I don't think I'd buy chicken breast or veggies in bulk, I think it would go bad. We do eat it, but my family probably won't want it every night. Almonds are a great idea, never even thought of that. I've heard they are a "power food". Oatmeal is another great idea, I eat that a lot too. I am looking…

Thanks everyone. I am definitely going to take over the food shopping again. I just made a post it the nutrition section asking for ideas of what to buy in bulk at BJ's. I need to keep the bad stuff that DH was buying, out of the house. To be honest, when I have good stuff, I eat it. Yesterday I had cucumber slices instead…

Thanks. I did have a buddy, but she was moving and she ended up falling off track too, so that wasn't any help, lol. She's a good friend of mine and wants to get back on top of things as well, but she seems to always find an excuse to not go to the gym. I USED to be in the mindset that I'd go myself, even if no-one went…

We have a BJ's membership (kind of like a Sam's club or a Costco's) and I want to go there and buy some staple "healthier foods" in bulk so I won't run out and have any excuses. I need some ideas though. We used to go get water, juice boxes for my son, etc there, but we haven't gone in a long time.

I am getting so mad at myself! For a few months I was doing great, lost 11 lbs and had no problem counting calories. Now, for the past few months, I've been trying to do it, but most days I just say "eff it!" and just eat whatever. Summer is now closer than it was before, why have I lost all of my motivation? I really need…

Oh wow, those look so good!

We're getting low on groceries, so I'm eating what we have. This morning I had 2 Boston creme toaster strudels, OMG, I felt so guilty after eating them, but I was starving and have been sick all day today and yesterday and needed to eat something. Right now I'm eating a can of Campbells' vegetable soup. For a snack later…

I have been getting off track too. I think a majority of it is my hubby has been going food shopping and he isn't as calorie conscious as I am. Also we order out a lot at work, and it's tough to say no to a delicious Mediterranean wrap even if I do have my own food. We can do it though! I have to make myself start going to…

Thanks!

I was slacking, I'll call it a hiatus though, lol! :embarassed: I didn't gain any weight, but haven't lost any either. I suppose it's good to know that I can basically maintain my weight eating whatever I want. I did add some things into my food diary here and there, but I wasn't giving it my all like I had been before.…

You could try a body bugg, those are meant for all day wear. My mom lost a ton using that.

I hate how deceiving salads can be. I usually try and look up the place online ahead of time to see what i can get that is low in calories.

I looked, they have combos of coffee, they don't list the calories for a single cream or whatnot. And they don't have 7&7 on there, hmmmm, wonder why! lol!
