Wednesday wish - i wish that i could get off my butt and do more with the girls. i feel like my weight is stopping me. i also wish for will power to not go crazy with holiday snacks

ok so new to this thread...but been on and off of mfp for a while now. finally made up my mind for good monday check in..starting off this journey at 269.6 pounds. starting off slow, hoping to do just the calorie tracking for the first week, because i feel overwhelmed if i start everything at once. plus having a double ear…

thanks. i would love to lose more but i dont think it would be possible in that little time doing it the healthy way. i was really hoping to atleast be under 200.

i do it every day. mostly cause i use wii fit plus, and it takes it for me. i like it this way i can see a change every day. for some reason in one day i lost 1.1 pouns. not complaining ofcourse lol

yes i have taken measurements, but ive only been at this for about 2 weeks, so i dont think there would be any change yet

i do remember not drinking as much water yesterday as i usually do.

would it matter that i upped my calories yesterday? i went from 1.5 pounds a week to 1 pound a week. i founf the amount given at 1.5 pounds a week wasnt enough.

lol embarassed to say this, but once i ate a whole box of gushers on the way home from the store, and half a box of roll ups when i got home.

i have been taking measurements. i havent in a while though. maybe ive lost inches, which is better then pounds right?

that could be it, but i dont want to force myself to eat im im not hungry. im also hoping to lose a little more then the 1 pound a week with all the exercise i do. maybe i can try adjusting it so i eat most of the calories i earned back, but keep around 200-300. do you think that would work?

yeah she is a rude one. she always has been i guess. my hubby known her when she was a teenager. says she has never changed. she said i should like her and try the body by vi if anyone here knows what that is. its basically the whole shake thing. i told her no thanks. once she starts eating normal food again the weight…
