I set my activity level as low when I’m actually lightly active so my base calories are pretty low -> 1200. I definitely use my exercise calories when I go out. I try to eat them all back though. I estimate them with a HRM, so they should be fairly accurate. I also definitely need some extra food when I go on big ride…

It’s the fortified wall of the old medieval town of Tossa de Mar. I have to admit I didn’t expect this trip to be this nice :-) the best part is that we are riding on very well maintained trails away from any motor vehicles. I love traveling by bike :-p

I don’t like the very sweet snack or processed foods on long ride. My favs are homemade trail mix (favorite salty nuts and raisins), dried apricots, PBJ and rice cakes bites.
