Today I looked at the gyms mirror(huge mirror) I looked fat... I wasn't happy about it. But atlast after 3 weeks I can get my butt over my head. :)

I've just completed training in bootcamp. :D It was 118 minutes of stregth and muscle also left me so tired and shaking that it felt like I had parkasons disease or cerebral palsey. I shaked so much. That my teacher also scolded me for taking a half oats yogurt piece that I shared with my sister. :D Thanks for reading. :)

Today I had pilates for 60 minutes. Its tough doing it. :D I loved the back and forward rocking... it cracked my back. :D I also have bootcamp at 6pm. :D

What I learned through books, is you need to do curl excersises. And also sleep on your stomach, some of the blown up look will go down when you sleep on your stomach. :) You'll be just fine. I weighed 196 lbs I'm 182 now after 3 weeks of excersise. And also drinking green tea with no sugar and caffeine added to the drink. You get use to it after a while. I'm 83 kilos

only once in my life I've skipped a period, that was after Ilost 15 kilos= about 30 pounds. I believe I didn't get it because I lost alot of weight and didn't eat much. :) It was only for one month. then it came back. :) but I had alot of brown discharge, which means there is something wrong with your womb. take care
