I want abs by June, although we will see if that's a reasonable time frame or not. I also am going to aim to practice yoga 6 times a week and cardio 5 time a week.

What are yours?

Get back to running over the winter/spring, do an awesome 5K in May, and October, and lose the last 30lb and work to get rid of these thunder thighs... :)

I'd love to be under 160 pounds. That's basically a 100 pound loss between the first of the year and this time next year. Pretty hefty goal.

    Great resolutions! :)
Mine is to continue eating healthier, get better/faster at running & only allow myself to eat out no more than once a week.

I don't really make resolutions, but I would LOVE to run a 5k next year. I have always wanted to be a "runner" but my weight and knees held me back. Even in my soccer days I just wasn't as fast. I'd like to learn how to control my breathing and run something like that. I'm going to give it my best.

I've tried to set a goal of eating out only once a week too. So far it has been unsuccessful. :/

    1. Hit a goal weight of 150 lbs
    2. Once I get to 150, go back up to 170 (without all the fat!)
    3. Develop my "3-pack" into a visible 6-pack (I'm pale also so it makes it even more difficult to see)
    4. Run 20-25 miles per week (or burn 1000 calories per day)
    5. Get a "V"-shaped torso (not absurd, just the general shape)

For Lent, I'm giving up all sweets (candy, cookies, cakes, everything but water), so that will help lol. But I really do want to do this until at least when I start college.

Awhh. :/ Just keep trying! I always would say I'd stop & it didn't work so well.. at all haha. But I've been doing a lot better with it lately. Just think off all the money you can save & how much better you'll feel. :)

Mine is to get an all round better health and fitness. here is my list

    * To be running the local lake (6kms) in 22minutes or less... At the moment I am at 26-27
    * To run a half then full marathon
    * Learn how to swim so I can do a triathalon
    * Get down to around 6% body fat and also add a few kilos of muscle and look bigger and meaner!

To stop sacrificing my own emotional energy and sanity because I am surrounded by emotional vampires.

I resolve to find a way to tune out all temper tantrums as if there were a force field around me.

Oh, and to reach my weight goal by July. :)

I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing, watching what I eat and gym/yoga/walking as much as possible.

I'm also going to start dressing better--HELLO cute dresses and skinny jeans!

I want to shoulder mount by September (for my birthday).
I want to try running (a doctor said it might not work out for me because of an orthopedic problem, but I want to give it a real shot).
I am going to continue to phase out diet soda.
