Had to put my face on ;) No, I also do an additional 15 min of cardio (steps/stairs) and crunches. I also recently added dumbbell workouts for my arms. 30DS is a great workout, but IMO to see results, it has to be combined with more workouts :/

This! I always wondered why some people seemed to just lose the weight overnight while I was stuck at the same weight (currently stuck where I'm at) and you have to add more cardio and watch what you put in vs what you burn. Buuutt...we can do it :)

I'm 5'1 and I can totally relate to what may not be alot of weight for some people may be alot for someone who is less vertically-endowed. Any extra breath you take will cause you to gain weight :( I'm at 146 (lost 8 lbs so far) Nice to meet you!!

That's what I figured because nowhere does she say about resting. I guess that's the whole "schocking your body and losing weight fast". I haven't actually worked out every day (I've taken a day off every week), so I think I will just add those to the end.

I have a 3 year old and I do the same. We both get our mats ready (although she just brings her rug from her room) and she does the workouts with me. ^^Agree! Even if they were a little bit loose, I would just put shorts/tights over the diaper before she went to bed and she usually did pretty good with loser diapers. I also waited until she went to sleep before I changed her last diaper so she went to sleep with a fresh one. DD is a pretty heavy sleeper so she wouldn't…
