For those with rings that are too big - I am still losing and don't want to get my wedding band re-sized until things "settle down". I heard there are sizers you can snap inside a ring if it is too big. Anyone seen/heard of this? I miss wearing my wedding band, It has sat on my night table for 3 months now...

I have lost 70lbs since November and did the Spartan Race this past weekend. Might do another in September. It took me 3.5 hours, but I finished. I had to choke back the tears at the finish line... I was a spartan, after all.

Can I ask you a question? I am 30lbs in to a 100 lb goal and am worried about skin. Did you do anything to make your belly look so good? take supplements? surgery? How did you avoid hanging skin? Congratulations. You should be so proud of your work!
