If it's something I eat regularly, I add it to the database. If it's something I almost never eat, I estimate and "quick add" the calories.

I'm 145 pounds at 5'9" and don't want to go any lower. I like my curves, and am just working on trying to tighten what I have. I thought I wanted to get to 135-140, but I was starting to look drawn and gaunt, so I decided to be happy where I am.

I drank wine and coffee all through my weight loss (and rum, and vodka, and and and . . . ). Budget for it, then enjoy the heck out of it!

I agree with everything above. I take my medication in the middle of the night though, just so I don't have to worry about when I eat or take my supplements. I wake up several times per night anyway, so it works great for me, but if you sleep through the night, first thing in the morning is good.

Make sure you change the values from kilos/cms to pounds and inches if that's what you use. It automatically populates with metric if you don't change it, and will give you very high calories.
