Thank you all for your replies , I guess i'll be going on a surplus for a trial month with 3 days of lifting in gym instead of p90x + cutting off cardio , as these are the dominant advices. Thank you all again :))

even if you're doing cardio 5x a week and strength training 3x on a calorie deficit ? no muscle gain at all ?

just look at your arm veins at night before you sleep. if they are unusually popped out you're probably dehydrated

Done my second fit test a couple of days ago. Switch kicks : 86 /104 Power jacks : 38 / 59 Power knees : 63 /83 Power jumps : 28 /42 Globe jumps : 4 /8 Suicide jumps : 16 / 18 Push-up jacks : 10 / 19 Low-plank oblique : 23 /40

I'm eating healthy , almost like the meal plan. I have one week left till the recovery week. I think you're right , thanks for the tip. Wish you good luck with insanity :')

I know when it really gets hard , second month is a killed the say. I could do insanity over and over again but the question is which part of the body is most affected ?

I'm not really following the nutrition guide cause most of the food in it isn't available where I live , I'm doing something like though , following the same perspective - calculated my calorie needs and eating 500 calories less than it and I eat 6 small meals a day - so yes I guess I'm kinda following it.

I just got Insanity and P90x I don't think I can afford P90x2 atm :p , Well I want to increase my fitness level so I want to stick to Insanity's schedule as it is , do you think I should i should only lift every other day ? 3 times a week ?

I'm impressed with some of your results , its really good. You did more push-up jacks than me , guys should be able to more than women i guess , so hats off to you :). Power jacks , suicide jumps and low-plank oblique also. Keep on the hard work (:
