I never said that it was fat that I lost. I'm just saying pounds came off. My point is that if you don't drink enough water, the scale will probably tell you a weight that is higher than what your real weight is.

Don't pay too much attention to the scale!! Muscle ways more than fat. You've been working out a lot and those protein shakes are probably helping you build muscle. Just pay attention to how your clothes are fitting. The scales stopped moving for me too at one point. But right now, as I'm typing this... I'm wearing pants…

I guess I am. Most of my motivation is getting someone I'm currently completely in love with. :P It's probably not necessary but I'd love to be someone they'd absolutely love inside and out.

UNDER-COOK IT! I'm sooo serious, it tastes really good. :P It won't look like oatmeal and definately doesn't have the same feel to it when you eat it, but the flavor is great. I know it sounds wierd but I recommend you at least try it.

You should weigh yourself in the morning before you eat and after you use the bathroom for the most accurate results. Also, make sure you have no clothes on. If you weigh yourself at night, with clothes on you should take off about 3-4 pounds from what the scale says.

I weigh myself multiple times a day too. It's perfectly okay just as long as you know how much more you actually weigh later in the day. Definately with you. I'm struggling so much with this. I was doing so well. Almost 20 pounds!! Then I randomly stopped losing weight and can't figure out what my body needs so I can lose more. :/ Really needing some motivation and support.
