I also have a Polar FT4 and love it. I was $75 but well worth it. I tried a cheapo one from walmart and hated it.

I do scrambled egg white over a wasa cracker with a wedge of laughing cow cheese and some salsa. It fills me up for about 3 hours. Egg white can be microwaved to be quicker.

No I have to make me some hummus. It is really good and if paired with the right bread/crackers it is very filling. I usually do wasa fiber crackers or light and crisp bread.

Ok I see a mixed greens salad with chicken, cheese, mushrooms, olives (2 kinds?), a bean of some sort, onion, carrots, peppers, broccoli, and dressing.

I also fix one meal just healthier. I portion out everyones food. For the kids I start them with a half a serving and if they want more then I give them a quarter of a serving and so on.

I love ground chicken and turkey. I use this instead of hamburg. Ground Chicken makes great taco meat as well.

I also lose shoe sizes. I was a 9.5 us when I started now I am an 8.5 us after only losing 20lbs.

As long as you can be dedicated to your health this site will work great. I have been using MFP since 6/17/10 and I have lost 20 pounds to date. Seeing everything you put in your mouth helps a lot.

depending on the activity the calories on this site are usually on the high side. I do believe that they adjust by the user's profile settings.

Oh I want a funnel cake so bad. Here in the east you find more "Fried Dough" stands then funnel cake stands. Give me a funnel cake with barvarian cream topping and I am in heaven. Have fun. I agree with DT dont wear your HRM let this be your day.

If I did it right (its early) I have lost 7.2%. Was 250 now 232!
