Hi everyone, Im new so Im introducing myself. I am Krystal. I am unhappy with my self and as a person it makes me angry, which intern makes me angry because I know I am not the type of person to be angry like I am lately. Its getting worse and I just wanna feel happy and be able to play with my daughter like she deserves. So any suggestions, comments, and some help with this this to get me started would be very appreciated. I am here for a change because I do not want to have to resort to gastric, which is what I have really been looking into, but you have to be on a 6 mth diet plan and so this will be part of my 6 mth plan and if if works like Ive read, then surgery will be out of the option for me.

Hi Krystal. You have made the right choice by coming to MFP. Here are a few hints that have helped me.
1. Drink lots of water
2. Eat all your daily allowance of calories. Try not to stay under them this may trigger starvation mode. Which is bad.
3. Take measurments and weight. There might come a week that you dont lose pounds but you lost inches.
4. Get your exercise in. I go on a hour walk daily and push my 2 year old in her stoller.
5. Try to eat some if not all of your exercise calories.
6. Build up your MFP network. The support here is amazing.
7. Stay POSITIVE.
8. Set mini goals to be able to reach your big goal
Best of luck
