So in a way to try and boost my motivation today I thought I'd work out how much percentage of my body weight I'd lost so far. I figured it would be pretty small but I was surprised to find I'd lost 12.29%! That's such a lot more than I expected and is a great way to boost my determination.
So tell me, what's your %??

As of today, 26.53%; BMI went from 42 to 30.9. In about another 6 lbs. I will only be "overweight" instead of the other "o" word. When I reach 100 lbs. lost, I will be in the 'healthy' range of BMI, as shown on MFP0

I've lost 11.17% of my body weight. In the end I want to lose 63.64% of my body weight. I still have a long way to go... But then again, I never expected that it would be fast or easy to lose 245 lbs. lol
I still have 52.47% to lose which is 202 more pounds. Dang. That's a bit depressing when I look at it that way. lol Well not really. I'll get there!
One foot in front of the other - step by step I'm getting there. I've lost 43 pounds - that means I just need to do that again about 4 and a half more times.0 -
Weight is down 7.02% and BMI is down 4.6.0
