Thanks for the ideas. The smores on a stick sound great the kids could even make them themselves. I hadn't thought about sandwiches that would probably work great. And I forgot that there was going to be a nacho dip as well.

Juice of 1 lime 3 mint leaves 1 oz captain morgan spiced rum 3 oz diet 7up ice clean the mint and place in the bottom of the glass add lime juice and smash up with a wooden spoon or whatever you have handy, add the ice, morgan and 7up. Drink with a straw to avoid getting pieces of mint(since they float). Enjoy!

I find that if you heat a frying pan to about med-high and add 1/4 cup of water and what ever seasoning you want then cook the chicken in the pan it makes it very moist. Add more water if it evaporates but don't drown it. Also baking in the oven in tomato sauce makes it juicy.

Hi everyone! I am down to 207, glad to be losing but getting a little un-motivated. I need to get back to exercising so tonight is going to be family Wii night, a little bowling, some golf and maybe a hoola-hoop competition. Glad everyone is doing well. Have a great week.

I made this one on the weekend. It turned out great, the only substitute I made was the stock. I used PC blue menu no salt added. I just had a bowl for lunch.

Go online and check out the restaurants around your hotel. Then check to see if they have websites with their menus and nutrition facts. You can map out all your meals before you go, with a little wiggle room to try new things if you like. Also make sure you set a time to workout or swim if they have facillities.

Hi all, I am still at 211. I guess this must be a plateau and I just need to wait it out, or start exercising. I hope everyone has a great rest of the week and a fabulous but healthy turkey weekend. Edit: oops I thought I was 211 last week but I was 212, so that's a one pound loss for me :)

I say go for a kids frosty. It's a better choice than the nuggets (not to mention I don't like them), and a treat every once in a while won't hurt. Just try not to make it a habit.

No loss for me this week, but I haven't been exercising so I was expecting as much. As long as I am not gaining it back I'm happy. Good job on those who lost this week and for the rest of us we just need to try a little harder. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!
