Morning Cancuks, I hope everyone had a great week!

I was successful in logging in every day and drank my 6 glasses of water every day, except Sunday (only had 3). Doing these two things seems to have kick started the weight loss again - YEAH - last Wed I weighed 207.7 and this morning I'm at 204.8 ~ That's a 2.9lbs loss!!! :noway: I'm loving that each weigh-in now is a new "all time low" for me! I can't wait to loose those 5lbs and be under 200 ~ what a day that will be. :bigsmile:

    Thanks Tasha! I am weighing in at 155 I think it has to do with TOM...I am eating pretty good..wow wednesday already..good for you to keep track Tasha. I hope the rest of the Canucks log in....Have a great week....We can do it.....Go Canada Go!!!!!!!

    Goooood Morning!

    I had a good week as well..down 2 pounds at this monday's weigh in.
    Decided to try mixing up things with my dvd work outs..and have been going to taekwondo 4x a week.

    I am a little frustrated about one thing-I am in a biggest loser contest at work and I am in second place...however I am 6 pounds behind the person who is in first place...Contest ends on Nov 30...I really want to win (really really!) but feel like there is no way I can make up a 6 pound difference (we are not goign by percentage lost--booo.)..over the next 4 weeks when I am already aiming for 2 pounds a week. Is there hope for me? Can I somehow BEAT her??? LOL.

    I had started a thread too. woops! :blushing: SO weigh in this week was dundundun . . . 136.3!!!bigsmile It's goin back down ladies!!! I however didnt complete the challenge of logging in everyday. i missed a couple there. not too bad tho. so i think thats about a 2 pound weight loss this week!!!! I am very very excited!!!

    grover0ca, I know you want to win, but the point is lose the weight, AND keep it off. So do the best you can, but dont go to drastic measures to win this contest. Good luck!:bigsmile:

    im at 153.00 1.4 down this week but not even 2 and i had like 7 mini chocolat bars omg and 2 small chips omg .gotta stop i have been doing so good.Few days awsy from TOM so probably why
  • Great Job Everyone! It's really great to see everyone losing the pounds. I stayed the same this week, just hoping with my little injury I can do the same for next week. Really hoping not to gain!:ohwell: Going to try and get back on the bike just to do something instead of sitting on the couch watching tv. See you all next week

    Blah - I was down to 238.8 last week and this week 239.6. Halloween took it's hold of me. I've been yo yoing between 238 and 241 for a few weeks now. I'd like to see a 237 for next week.

    Ok so this is from the other post cause I didn't see this one till today.

    You go girl!!! LOL I am down to 208 this week a loss of 1lb. At least it is going down again. I am trying much harder to keep within my calories and am hoping to get my exercise bike back together this weekend. Have a great week everyone.
