Good job Cyndi. I had a gain of one pound this week but it is TTOM so I am not stressing. Can't wait for the weekend, this is the longest work week ever. Have a great week everyone.

Down another pound this week. Changed my goals today. I now have about 50 less calories a day.

I was overwieght (still am) with both of my daughters and I lost weight with both of them because I was eating healthier. If only I could have kept it up.

Glad you had a great trip. I have lost 1 lb since my last weigh in and I am pretty excited about it. I am now down 15lbs in a little over 3 months.

I didn't see a thread for today and wasn't sure if I should start one. I weighed myself on Monday and I was down 3lbs, then again this morning and I was up 2lbs so a loss of 1lb since last week. It's better than last week but I know I can do better.

No loss this week. I am a little disappointed but I have been eating chips at night and I guess I should stop that. I hope everyone has a great week. Amanda

Hi everyone. I am down another 3lbs this week. I haven't been doing any exercise all summer and I think I am going to have to start or the weight is going to stop coming off. Have a great weekend!!!

All I can tell you is what my Dr told me. Make sure you stretch your legs before you run. If you get one while running try doing lunges leaning on a pole if you can find one. Shin splints suck, I have been dealing with them since my early teens. Hope this helps.

Well I have not lost anything this week. But after the weekend I had I am just glad that I didn't gain. Have a great time at the concert!!

I love sweet potatoes roasted in the oven or on the bbq. Cube the sweet potato add a chopped onion a little oil or your fave salad dressing(try Sundried Tomato or Italian) salt and pepper wrap in foil or use bbq buddy for bbq or put on baking sheet for oven 20 min at 350 stir a couple of times and you are done.

I was thinking that I might like to try Hummus too. There is a roasted garlic one at Superstore, I might pick some up. Do you dip veggies in it?

I know that weigh in is on Wednesday, but since I have just joined this group I would like to weigh in today. I am now down another 2lbs :happy: from last Friday. I will start weighing myself on Wednesday from now on.

I have one every morning. 1 cup frozen berries (usually strawberries) 1 cup orange juice ( or any other that you like, tried V8 strawberry banana this morning) handful of frozen blueberries 4 tbsp of low fat activia - vanilla I have a Magic Bullet and I find it works great for making smoothies.
