I have a crazy friend who does like hundreds of wall pushups a day and I can barely do 25 without my arms giving out! I don't know how she does 500!!!! But hey, I figured 50 would be a good goal. :smile:

Today I will do my normal walk drink a gallon of water walk up and down four flights of stairs twice do 50 wall pushups in my office :smile: (I just started doing this after being inspired from another friend)
