I did too. ALL 3 days. I however, REFUSED to step on the scale. Didn't want to be more down than I already am. Plus quite a lot of Alcohol consumption too. AND it's that TOM... :( Let's say a Water CHEER's to back on track! :flowerforyou:

Thanks! So far so good. I have a "home gym" so that is working well and have been finding good alternatives online. I'm pretty sore, but it's manageable. Can someone tell me how to figure "how much/how many lbs" I should be lifting? I know it's like 60% but 60% of what?

I've been in KC all weekend since Friday and between eating out, being on the road, Dance Competition, Hotel Breakfast, Dinner Out again, and the drive home I've had a horrible, no good, very bad weekend. I completed P90x last year. It was wonderful, however, not going to lie. It was tough. I have two kids, husband, house and work full-time. I work 8-5. I woke up at 4:30 every morning to start my workout by 4:45 a.m. That would leave me MY time to get my workout in, get ready for work, and get my kids up. It sucked really…

As does mine. I was to work out today during lunch, but got tied up on a 4 hour conference call. I really am famished today. Like major hunger pains. :( Just afraid to eat over. I still think I'm eating "too low" calories, but afraid to eat too many higher.

Yeah...All my weigh in's were exactly the same...so I don't get it. I deleted all the entry's except for the 1st weigh in and then re-entered today's and it worked. Thanks! Have a great day!

But that wans't the case. For example: my first weigh in was 132 and then it went down to 129.8. (that's my goal lol) So...I don't get it.

I wake up the first time at 4:30 a.m, then get out of bed by 4:50. Get into my workout clothes and head to the basement-it's finished, so it's a nice big room! Workout from 5 to 6. I'm a working mother of two kids and a wife! It is hard, but I do it! For me and them! Good luck!

Can someone explain this link to me? http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/ I looked at it, entered my data, and it confused me? What exactly does the "spread sheet" looking area supposed to tell me? I see it's called a "fasting calculator" HELP!!!

I'm a full-time working mother of two (6 1/2 girl and 3 yr old boy) and a wife! I make it a point to have "family" meal time. Feel free to friend me! We can ALL do this together!
