Sugar: Fruit vs. Junk
Is sugar the same in fruit and junk food? I feel guilty after just eating a mango and it sent my sugar through the roof for the day. I am trying to think of it-it's better than eating a cookie or a piece of cake right??? Just one of those days.

Interesting, about low-fat foods...?

busy mom's with kids in lots of activities, how do you find the time, and what do you eat??? HELP! On the go, no time, tired. Hard to plan ahead when you are living minute to minute. My NSV
For the first time in god knows how long...I have a decent , but funny NSV! While playing with my kids at the park I was successful in going across the monkey bars, twice, no cheating, feet up (as to not touch the ground). I know it's funny...but I'm weak when it comes to upper body strength. Yay me for a little something…
