Not meant to cause controversy, just curious as to other's opinions...
It makes sense...but haven't really looked at "labels of non-fat foods" to compare.

Basically. My doctor told me that there was no reason not to eat full-fat dairy, especially since fat helps absorb the nutrients. The one thing I would say is to make sure not to eat too much fat since it has so many calories.0

I pretty much avoid low-fat foods with the exception of greek yogurt because I love all of the Chobani flavors. In fact I'm drinking an iced latte with whole milk right now. The fat will help keep me full longer and I just make sure it fits within my macros.
Fake fat and fake sugar are the only 2 kinds of food I avoid on a regular basis.
