What workout is best after bad food day?

Options
High carbs today..., long 14 hr work day.
What workout is best for tomorrow?
Cardio? Weights? Combo?

    It depends on you, if you feel like lifting weights or just do merely cardio then I say go ahead & do it.

    One thing to remember is you can't outrain a bad diet & there is no such thing as best workout because we are all different. What works for others may not work for you. Also not only its OK but its actually recommended to have a high-calorie day (aka cheat day) once a week. whats more important is you get back on track as soon as possible.

    I find running much easier after high carb days. So I don't worry too much about them, just plan a longer run. 8-9k tomorrow. But that's just me....

    Oh...you bet. I just was eating whatever they brought into the office. Unprepared today. I feel very bad about it!

    Whatever workout you feel like doing! I like to do burst training or intervals after a bad day of eating.

    It normally happens to most of us because stress releases the hormone cortisol which causes us to become hungry when we are tired or stressed so that explains why we tend to eat bad on those days.
