From what i have seen, it has great results. Also, the 30 day shred is on youtube for free so no need to buy it. I would send the link but i am on my phone and unable to.

Kunta and Kinte (i just got finished watching Roots when i got them ^.^) and Question (she's mostly white with a giant black question mark on her back!) oh, and Excalabur aka Mr. tuxedo because he looked like he was wearing a tuxedo (we even got him a black bow tie collar :smile: )

Started it yesterday. I run a lot so my legs don't really hurt much but man, my arms are sore! I have no upper body strength so this is going to really helps. Oh, and i have also been doing some research on the shred. According to many, they didn't start seeing weight loss till the last level. A lot even saw weight gain…

I cramp really bad during TOM so whenever i feel myself starting to cramp i RUN. If i stop, I cramp even more worse so I don't stop till the cramps do. The cramps actually help me though, I never run that much without them :smile:

My dad got me this giant, 64 oz water bottle from the dollar store and i take that around with me everywhere. I constantly drink a few sips every couple of minutes and by the end of the day i'm done with the bottle. Its a good thing the bottle was only a dollar though. Its super cheap and shatters like glass when you drop…

At first I wanted to just be able to look good in clothes. But when I was at the track running, and could barely complete a lap, i realized, I didn't just wanna look good, I wanted to be able to run a mile without dying from lack of oxygen! And that is now my goal, the weight loss will be a bonus from that work!

My older brother (who recently came back from college and who I also wrestle with over the remote sometimes) lightly punched me in the stomach, gasped, and said "Usually when i punch your stomach, its pudgy and jiggles, but now its not jiggling!! Did you lose weight???!!!!"

Took about a week for my soreness to stop and my body to start adjusting when I started running. What really helped me was soaking in a hot bath and stretching for about 15 minutes before and after running.

I sometimes forget to log things but my calorie goal is about 1500 so i never go below 1200. I'm trying my best to be healthy so add me if you like :smile:
