I feel you...I lost over 60 pounds with MFP...then lost grandma and gained 50 back...it's hard losing someone you are so close to...I'm not sure if it ever goes away!

Sometimes people feel like if they say something positive about your weight loss, then they are implying that you didn't look good before...it can be ackward.

I cut out all alcohol about 4 months ago...it was hard at first...but now I don't miss it...just empty calories...I use restrict my calories all week long for alcohol binges on the weekends with friends...so unhealthy...feel free to add me for support!
