Thank you to everyone who had something positive to say. I didn't know this website was so full of people who wanted to put others down. I can understand if you disagree, but there are better ways of letting your opinions be known than being extremely negative.

Thank you so much for sharing. I have found myself in very similar situations before (being a waitress and all.). I was quite the yoyo dieter. But I have finally dedicated myself to a lifestyle change! I'm also doing a warrior dash! (June 23rd for me). You look awesome by the way!

I'm sure you are shrinking! The best way to tell is to take measurements. Sometimes when you see yourself in the mirror everyday it's hard to tell a difference.

I'm from Kentucky... and believe it or not, I do wear shoes I don't have an accent I don't run moonshine I don't screw my cousin And that's just to mention a few haha

I've done some p90x and some 30 day shred. I average 4 days a week working out. And I definitely watch what I eat, I try to stay under 100 carbs a day. I've done the p90x ab ripper a lot recently and I've seen awesome results from it! SW: 195 CW: 173 GW: 155 I'm 5'10

I tan and use instant tanning lotions. I don't tan excessively but it makes me feel so much better about myself! My parents are both pretty avid tanners (natural sun, not tanning bed) especially in the summer and my dad has always told me "Tan fat looks better than white fat" hahaha

Guess I look a little older lol I just turned 21 :)

I've filled chicken with Gorgonzola cheese, red peppers, and asparagus before and it's amazing. Spinach and mozzarella is very good as well.
