I think you should make your weigh-in day Tuesday or Wednesday, so it's affected as little as possible by your "cheat" day. I've actually read a few different places that your body doesn't process foods you eat at 9am any differently than ones you eat at 9pm, it's all about what you eat. A lot of people just tend to eat too much/not well when it's at night.

Kind of unexpected... no sandwich at Chick Fil A has more than 500 calories. I read it in the book Eat This, Not That. It's a really really good book, you should check it out. It's not a diet book, it just compares nutrition info from similar items at either restaurants or the grocery store. It's awesome.

Why are you supposed to eat your exercise calories? I understand doing that if you are trying to maintain your weight but if you are trying to lose weight it doesn't really make sense to me. Does anyone know?

Also, there are a lot of sugary foods that now make lower sugar or sugar free versions and they usually taste just as good, and they usually have less calories also. There are popsicles, fudgsicles (my fave), jello pudding, etc, and even stuff like the flavored instant oatmeal.
