yes. unless of course its a daily thing. But once a week as long as you don't go hog wild I think its helpful.

I'm bad. I use boxed brownie mixes. I remove the oil and add applesauce. Also take out the whole eggs and use egg whites and add some ground flax.

nope. I had a nuitricialist give me a book with what equals a serving size and I just eyeball it.

have them too. Once you start losing the fat they will go away. But do some back exercises will help tone them up.

I love water. Drink at least 8 glasses a day. However I do occassionally add some lemon in there. And yes have been known to buy flavored water occassionally. I do not include those in my intake. I agree though adding those flavor packs of chemicals to me taste chemical and not good for you.

locally I'm a season ticket holder for the ECHL team The Stingrays. Yes we're in the Kelly Cup playoffs. : ) NHL I like Montreal. Since we had a horrible year I'm now rooting for the Bruins to get the Stanley Cup.

I am a carboholic. Love carbs. Have PCOS so for me I crave them and it turns to fat right away for me. I say anything in moderation. I would not avoid any food group ever. I mean your body needs fat to properly function also.

thanks guys. I'm looking for somethign close and not all fancy to get started. My husband is military and we get free use of the base gym but its a 45 minute drive each way and its always packed. Want something closer to home.

I'm from a small town on the NY (upstate) PA border. Worked my first real job in upstate NY. I'd get wow you don't have a New York accent. Well we're 4 hours from NYC. Oh then what prison are you near? : /

it depresses me. I do it once a week. weight fluxuates over the course of a day and with hormones and lazy eating I do it once a week . If not I get discouraged. But thats me.
