Not sure the 'like most' part applies.
Also I read this the first time as Bat wings lol.
Honestly Im still not sure when you mean.0 -
Lat pulls are the first thing that comes to mind. Standing shoulder presses might also help in that area.
Overall, you'll have to cut fat to get rid of the folds. But strengthening the muscles will be vital as well.0 -
They should shrink as you lose fat and get toned up0

Lower BF%. This is best done through a modest deficit (can be diet alone, or diet and exercise), heavy lifting strength training program and enough protein. Doing this will lead to fat loss without sacrificing lean muscle as you lose. If you don't lift heavy (heavy for you), don't get enough protein, or have too large of a deficit, you will lose a large % of lean muscle as you lose fat, so you would have to lose more weight to ensure you lose the fat you are looking at losing.0

I have these as well and I absolutely hate them. I won't wear anything that shows them. I am pretty sure the only way to lose them is to lose overall weight.0

I know EXACTLY what you mean...
ugh.. hate the back fat.
my boyfreind calls them my wings!0 -

have them too. Once you start losing the fat they will go away. But do some back exercises will help tone them up.0

I started this weightloss journey in January and had some pretty ugly "wings"...almost to the point you could fit a hand between the skin on both sides! I started eating healthy and working out at the gym and lost inches everywhere but my back! It wasn't until I started running that my body transformed and my wings are pretty much nonexistent! When I lean backwards, they poke out a little but I still have about 20 lbs I want to lose. Running is giving me the body I always dreamed of! I even have ankles and knees now...no more cankles or knee-fat!!!0

Great job! Thanks for sharing0 -
are you an angel?
Are you a wiseacre?
OP: No magical way to make them disappear. Overall fat loss will get rid of them, but keep in mind that you can't control where you lose the fat, so don't be disheartened if you don't see quick changes.0 -
