I think it depends on what you actually enjoy doing. I like good music and I love to dance, so I am doing Charlene's Turbo Jam. She's an excellent motivator and she has great music to go with the routine. And you burn a lot of calories.

I just started today and I'm like you around that time. I do give in to my temptation but I exercise more and drink lots of water. I love dark chocolate which is really good for you. I wouldn't say deprive yourself because that usually lead to binging.

WOWZERS!!!! I thought I went to the restroom a lot but 9 times...well I usually have 9-15 breaks a day, this includes waking up in the middle of the night and it's so annoying, let me tell you.

I have that problem whith high sodium intake and I don't add salt to anything that I eat. I eat too many canneda and prepackaged meals. I don't make time to cook real meals. Thanx for the tips guys:)
