im 8.8LBS over weight ..... Thats Nice so in 8/9 weeks I will hit my ideal weight seems a lifetime away, hope some of you get better results.

    That calculator says that I am marginally overweight by 1kg.

    Believe me at 166lbs and 5ft 7" tall, I consider I am a bit more than marginally overweight and definitely more than 1kg.

    Not sure how they come to that conclusion as my BMI is 25.9 which is termed as more than marginally overweight on that same site :noway:
