I started at 159 lbs, am now 137...my goal is somewhere between 130-135 lbs. I'm aiming for more muscle and definition now. I have weighed in at 120 lbs before I had back surgery (lost the weight because I didn't want to eat and was in lots of pain) but that was way too thin for me.

I have IST (inappropriate sinus tachycardia) and take a beta blocker for it . I have noticed that my heart rate comes back to a more normal range after exercise much quicker now, have been working out for about 9 months now. You didn't turn to food..that is an awesome accomplishment! Try to think of your weight loss in smaller amounts...such as 5 pound or 10 pound increments, that way it may not seem as daunting. Everyone has bad days...tomorrow is a new day and another chance to try again! Just remember...you didn't turn to food for…

I lost 2 pounds over Christmas week...tough to do though. I belong to TOPS and yesterday was my last chance this year to reach my goal weight (I did it!). Still would like to lose a few more pounds though but I have lost 20 pounds since January.

Hi! I'm a runner and have had back surgery (6 years ago) for two herniated discs (had a dynamic stabilization done). I was told by the surgeon at the time that the most I could run now would be 5K, I loved running distance so didn't run again until this year. I had other issues after my surgery with a lot of nerve pain. I…
