I was thinking it all seemed very high too, I'm, getting those numbers from MFP, I just put in my workout and it tells me what the calories burned are. I figured because of how heavy I am it burns more calories. I'll have to look into getting a HRM. In the meantime, should I not go by the MFP numbers for the workout? What…
