I live in Vegas so it will be really tempting but truth is I can't drink anything but Water. Then again not mad about that at all.

I like to burn from 500 - 1000 calories. There are times I can go way over board. Then again I do eat half the cals back at times.

Awesome workout plan! Yes! Jump Rope does help out a lot. :) You can actually burn more calories w/ Jump Rope than Running and/or Jogging.

I do it three to four times a day. Depending how I feel. I mostly do it just three times a day. I've notice a difference in me. That I am more energized which is fabulous. Truth is I do cheat like every month. If I can't resist the temptation I just make it to a moderate portion and eat it. I know I enjoyed it but I know I didn't go over. :) Up to you though.
