I like to burn at least 500 a day. I usually eat back 250-500 of them.0

My goal is a consistent 500-1000 calories a day.0
-
I burn 500 cals a day on average but I'd love to burn over 1,000 a day. Yes, I eat back my cals..some days all of them and some days not. Depends on how hungry I am.0
-
I like to burn from 500 - 1000 calories. There are times I can go way over board. Then again I do eat half the cals back at times.0
-
I have body bugg and aim for at least 1,000 calories deficit daily0
-
Wow I wish I could burn that many.. I burn 250-400.. over 500 would be a good new goal.0
-
I aim for 2-2.5k on weekdays and 1k+ on weekends. Tend to eat back around the first 500 or so.0
-
250+ and i am happy0

1000 cals and yes I eat em back. That the best part for me lol0
-
It depends on the day, I have done as many as 2348 in 3.5hrs but I average 300-700 a day 4-5 days a week and I try my best to eat em all back0
-
I generally only track my cardio, which is anything from 300kcal to 1000kcal. I pretty much always eat them back0
-
Usually around 200+ but I'd love to burn 500+ daily. I do eat them back if I can; but I don't force myself to.0
-
I try and average 500 a day and I nearly always eat them back. I'm aiming to increase that to about 700 and leave the extra as a deficit.0
-
I burn between 300-600 calories a day. I eat back the calories.0
-
Usually 750-1000 depending on if I've gone to the gym or just cycled everywhere!
I eat most of mine back, that's the best bit of burning so much!0 -
Depends on how I am feeling, but usually over 600 and I don't always eat them back.0
-
It depends on how hungry I am, and yes.0

On workout days at least 600+. And I normally don't wind up eating them back because most workout days I don't eat that much as it is.i hate training on a full stomach. Ughhhhhh!!0
-
when working out i aim for 500+ burn. Usually i burn between 500 & 800 each session. i "rarely" eat them back.
Only if my body "needs" them.. If i have a day when Im really hungry, I'll eat into them.0 -
Starting next week I will be burning around 1000 calories a day0

If you're doing that just make sure that you eat a bit more as well and make sure it's the right kind of foods. You'll sweat a lot so make sure you get enough salt so you don't start cramping up etc, your body will stop you if you don't eat right as you do it...trust me!!0
-
I shoot for between 500 and 1000 calories but I don't eat back my calories. If you are cranking up the calorie burn with more than just aerobic exercise make sure you keep your protein up.0
-
thankyou for posting this topic. seeing that others try to burn lots of calories pushed me today. i burned 410cals this morn which is a good effort for me0

I burn 500-1000 a day and I dont eat back the calories.0

I burn all that I want - between 800 and 1000 every day, and yes, I eat them back, because our daily goals already reflect a deficit for healthy, safe weight loss.0

Your welcomethankyou for posting this topic. seeing that others try to burn lots of calories pushed me today. i burned 410cals this morn which is a good effort for me0

These days I'm happy with a 200-300 a day burn. I eat them if I'm hungry for them.
I used to burn (and will again) 600+ a day and yes I did eat those calories...maybe not always all of them, but definitely half to 3/40 -
I burn 700-1300 a day and try to eat all of them back but some days I fall short. I may try to eat more nuts to eat most if not all of them back as MFP already has a 750 calorie deficit built in.0
-
I'd like to do that as well. How do intend to do that? How many days/week and what are going to do to burn them?
Starting next week I will be burning around 1000 calories a day0
