That was one of my primary concerns but I still have a slightly bloated stomach. Some I'm probaly just going to have a tea with almond milk for the moment and in hour or so I will eat my breakfast.

You know you are a runner if run through the grocery to get all the items to get to cash register first.

Excercise good for the heart and body. Reap the benefits now, to have plenty of fun later in life.

I'm joining too, I do alot of cardio even if it's just walking around the house. September 1st - 5 hrs

Practically any vegetable or fruit, not a diet thing, just addicted :)

Too over active not feeding my body enough, got very low body fat, now trying to gain weight and body fat on purpose, by eating alot of healthy food :)
